Volunteer And Make A Difference
Special Olympics is supported by over 10,000 registered volunteer coaches who are certified through the National Coaching Certification Program. Regular seminars, workshops and training sessions are held in all eleven SOC Provincial Chapters to ensure that high coaching standards are maintained across the country.
Our Volunteers participate at competitive events to act as officials and to provide services ranging from transportation to meals and accommodations for competitors and their coaches.
Additionally, we have a need for on-going volunteer assistance in administration, registration of athletes, fundraising and public relations.
